We are staffed by a Director/Teacher, three Teachers and one Aid.

All teachers must be qualified and experienced.

The staff varies in age, ethnicity, and socioeconomic background.

We also use trained volunteers from the Church, UC Santa Cruz, and the community who come on a regular basis.
